The Historical Group of Cortona is made up of crossbowmen , flagflyers , drummers, trumpet players, bowmen , noblemen, noblewomen and other medieval costumed characters. It represents a moment of history and entertainment during the traditional historical commemoration of the Archidado Joust. Moreover, the Historical Group of Cortona takes part, upon request, in historical events and commemorations both in Italy and abroad, performing choreographies, flag-flying and fire shows.
